DSC Measuring Unit.

for determining the OIT of polyolefins
The OIT-test method (Oxidative Induction Time) for polyolefin materials provides information about the possibilities of these polymers to withstand oxidative effects.
The OIT method is performed using a DSC instrument. The best DSC‘s we use for this purpose are the heat flux based devices; these instruments allow good access
of the incoming oxygen purge gas to the polyolefin sample. The purgegas switching is done by the software.
